The villa currently is ready to host you and your party with:

  • A living room with kitchen which can serve as reception area and/or playroom

  • 65" TV with adult movies + Wifi

  • A separate bedroom

  • A bathroom with hammam and relaxing area

  • A separate toilet

  • Full Philips Hue RGBW lighting in all rooms

  • Bluetooth Sound System

  • Designated entrance, separate from the rest of the building

  • Outside sauna

  • A covered terrace with lounge seats

We provide all necessary facilities to host a great night for up to twenty people:

 

  • Bubbles, wine and spirits

  • Water, soft drinks, orange juice 

  • Ice

  • Snacks

  • Towels and shower gel

  • Condoms and lube

  • High quality mattresses with waterproof simile leather coating

  • High tables for standing reception

THE FUTURE
 

After opening sanQtum we will evolve it further and add the following facilities:

  • A jacuzzi

  • Furnished garden with sunbathing area

  • A separate basement playroom with bar and kinky attributes

SUSTAINABILITY
 

Climate change is real, sanQtum therefore has ensured that the impact on our environment is minimal when renting our venue:

​

  • Heating through drillings to collect the earth's inner warmth instead of the burning of fossil fuels (no use of gas!)

  • We have not installed airco but use the same system of drillings to cool the rooms during hot days in the summer (so called passive cooling)

  • Electricity is generated through solar panels installed on the roof

  • We use rainwater recuperated from our roof to flush our toilet and wash our towels and sheets.

sanQtum is a 10 minute drive away from the Vier Armen crossroad. The exact location is only provided after booking of the location or attendance at one of the events.
